我厂研究了3种封头结构在不同Re下对板翅式换热器出口通道物流分配和阻力损失的影响。结果表明,基本型封头造成板翅式换热器内部物流分配极不均匀,而孔板型封头w66利来网站注册结构能有效地降低不均匀参数和最大流速比,改善物流分配效果;孔板型封头结构增加了抉热器的阻力损失和摩擦系数;错排孔板型封头在改善换热器物流分配的同时,也较好地抑制了阻力损失的增加,故其结构最为合理。

针对物流分配引起换热器效能的影响因素,文献[3—6]研究发现物流分配的不均匀性主要发生在封头部分,而导流片部分的不均匀性,主要是由封头的来流不均匀所引起的。根据封头结构对物流分配的影响规律,笔者在数值模拟和实验的基础上设计了孔板型封头结构,对比研究了两种改进型的孔板封头和基本封头对换热器内部物流分配及阻力特性的影响。

分别对3种不同结构的封头(图2)进行实验,研究其对换热器内部物流分配及阻力(即进出口压差)的影响。3种封头设定如下:

b.孔板型封头结构,在基本型封头内部1/2高度的地方加入一不均匀打孔挡板。根据所加挡板类型,定义顺排挡板为B型封头,错排挡板为c型封头

为了便于不同封头结构封头行比较,故将30路出口通道流速展开成一维直线,图3为Re=15o0时3种封头板翅式换热器流速分布情况。从中可以看出基本型封头A物流分配存在着严重的不均匀性,中问两排通道的流速明显大于其余四排通道的流速,随着通道远离总管轴线,其内部流量呈减小的趋势,对应入口管附近的第l2和17个通道的速度值极高,最大速度为2.270m/s;而远离入口管处于截面四角的第1、5、26、30个通道速度值极低,最小速度为0.228m/s,最大流速比0为9.951,不均匀参数s为0.652m/s。
